Corporate Immigration

Bernard Caris is ingeschreven bij de Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten bij de Balie te Brussel sinds 1994. Tot 2013 was hij actief in het handels- en immigratierecht, met name "corporate immigration" (eerst bij Marx Van Ranst Vermeersch, en daarna bij Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick). Daarna is hij zijn "corporate immigration" praktijk blijven uitbouwen bij Praetica en Younity, vooraleer Tilia Law te vervoegen in april 2025.

Bernard is actief in het domein van het immigratierecht. Hij staat cliënten bij met het aanvragen van arbeidskaarten/gecombineerde vergunningen/Europese blauwe kaarten (werknemers), beroepskaarten (zelfstandigen), visa's en verblijfsvergunningen, …, waarbij altijd aandacht is voor de globale situatie (gevolgen op vlak van belastingen en sociale zekerheid, verblijf voor langere duur, nationaliteit, …).

Hij werkt in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
