Bernard Caris est inscrit au Barreau de Bruxelles depuis 1994. Jusqu'en 2013 il était actif dans les domaines de droit commercial et de droit de l'immigration, plus particulièrement "corporate immigration" (d'abord auprès de Marx Van Ranst Vermeersch, et après Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick). Ensuite il a continué à déveloper sa pratique de "corporate immigration" au sein des cabinets Praetica et Younity, avant de rejoindre Tilia Law en avril 2025.

Bernard est actif dans le domaine de l’immigration. Il assiste des clients à introduire des demandes pour des permis de travail/permis uniques/cartes bleues européennes (employés), des cartes professionnelles (indépendants), des visas et des permis de séjour, …, toujours en tenant compte de la situation globale (conséquences au niveau fiscal et pour la sécurité sociale, séjour longue durée, nationalité, …).

Il travaille en néerlandais, en français, et en anglais.
