Corporate Immigration

Bernard Caris ist seit 1994 bei der niederländischen Anwaltskammer in der Bar in Brüssel eingetragen. Bis 2013 war er im Handels- und Einwanderungsrecht tätig, insbesondere im Bereich der "Corporate Immigration" (zuerst bei Marx Van Ranst Vermeersch und anschließend bei Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick). Danach baute er seine Praxis im Bereich der "Corporate Immigration" weiter aus bei Praetica und Younity, bevor er im April 2025 zu Tilia Law stieß.

Bernard ist im Bereich des Einwanderungsrechts aktiv. Er berät Klienten bei der Beantragung von Arbeitskarten/ Kombinierte Genehmigungen/ Europäische Blaue Karten (Arbeitnehmer), Berufskarten (Selbständige), Visa und Aufenthaltserlaubnissen…, wobei immer auf die globale Situation geachtet wird (Auswirkungen auf Steuern und Sozialversicherung, langfristiger Aufenthalt, Staatsbürgerschaft, …).

Er arbeitet auf Niederländisch, Französisch und Englisch.
